Our mission
We contribute to the promotion of peace, to promote the individuals, families, communities with mental health and substance use/addiction challenges a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where self-determined needs are valued, and all are assisted on their oath to reaching their goals, also promote integrated and sustainable development in the Great Lakes subregion to improve the holistic well being of the people. In the video, the young lady explains how she got involved with drugs at age of 15 by her boyfriend. Once in University, she started to use heroine, since then:
- She has been affected psychologically and mentally
- She started to steal, left her home and became a homeless
- She is infertile
- She has lost trust in the community and lost self-confident to persuade her dream.
